The Calling Line ID Blocking Override service allows you to view the calling line ID of callers, including those who have blocked their IDs.

Turn Calling Line ID Blocking Override On

Use this procedure to override blocked calling line IDs. When this service is on, calling line IDs display if they are available.

1. On the User - Incoming Calls menu page click Calling Line ID Blocking Override. The User - Calling Line ID Blocking Override page displays.
2. Click the "On" button.
3. Save your changes. Click Apply or OK. Apply saves your changes. OK saves your changes and displays the previous page.
   To exit without saving, select another page or click Cancel to display the previous page.

Turn Calling Line ID Blocking Override Off

Use this procedure if you do not want to retrieve the names blocked calling line IDs.

1. On the User - Incoming Calls menu page click Calling Line ID Blocking Override. The User - Calling Line ID Blocking Override page displays.
2. Click the "Off" button.
3. Save your changes. Click Apply or OK. Apply saves your changes. OK saves your changes and displays the previous page.
   To exit without saving, select another page or click Cancel to display the previous page.
