Internal Calling Line ID Delivery

    Use this menu item on the User - Incoming Calls page to

  • Turn Internal Calling Line ID Delivery On
  • Turn Internal Calling Line ID Delivery Off

The Internal Calling Line ID Delivery service allows you to view the caller identification of a caller from within your group.



Turn Internal Calling Line ID Delivery On

Use this procedure to activate Internal Calling Line ID Delivery.


Incoming Calls - Internal Calling Line ID Delivery
  1. On the User - Incoming Calls menu page click Internal Calling Line ID Delivery. The User - Internal Calling Line ID Delivery page displays.
  2. Click the "On" button.
  3. Save your changes. Click Apply or OK. Apply saves your changes. OK saves your changes and displays the previous page.
    To exit without saving, select another page or click Cancel to display the previous page.


Turn Internal Calling Line ID Delivery Off

Use this procedure to deactivate Internal Calling Line ID Delivery.


Incoming Calls - Internal Calling Line ID Delivery
  1. On the User - Incoming Calls menu page click Internal Calling Line ID Delivery. The User - Internal Calling Line ID Delivery page displays.
  2. Click the "Off" button.
  3. Save your changes. Click Apply or OK. Apply saves your changes. OK saves your changes and displays the previous page.
    To exit without saving, select another page or click Cancel to display the previous page.


Caller ID for Internal Extension Number ONLY

If caller is from an extension number, the name (*) and the extension number of the caller are displayed on your caller-ID phone or adjunct.

If the incoming call is an external number (external call), the word 'OUT' is displayed.

The word 'TRANSFER' would be displayed if that incoming call is a forwarded call from another extension.
