The Flash Call Waiting service allows you to implement call waiting at a phone without call waiting functionality.

Switch to an Incoming Call While on Another Call at a Phone Without Call Waiting Functionality

Use this procedure to enable Call Waiting functionality on a phone without this capability.

1. On the User - Call Control menu page click Flash Call Waiting. The User - Flash Call Waiting page displays, showing instructions for Flash Call Waiting.
2. To switch to an incoming call while on another call at a phone without Call Waiting functionality, flash the phone (click the flash button or click the hangup button once).
3. To toggle between calls, flash the phone again.
4. To display the previous page, click OK. The User - Call Control page is displayed.

To answer another call during your conversation:

1. You hear a ringing tone during conversation
2. Press "Flash" or tap the hook switch to speak to the second party
